Eighty-five years of Cyprus, in every block.

PittaS began in 1939 with a copper vat, a family recipe, and a refusal to take shortcuts. Eighty-five years later, that's still the only thing that matters.

We've grown — from one dairy to a certified facility shipping to more than twenty countries. But the milk still comes from the same valleys. The cheese is still folded by hand. And the standard hasn't moved.

Beyond the village

Our halloumi reaches supermarkets across Cyprus. Trade partnerships become the heart of the business.

1995

First export shipments

PittaS halloumi crosses the Mediterranean. The UK, Greece, and the Middle East become regular markets.

ISO, HACCP and BRC certified plant — same recipe, same milk, dramatically more capacity.
