Cyprus has a unique combination of climate, aromatic vegetation, an ideal sheep and goat grazing habitat and abundant natural salt reserves. Blend this with the recipes, techniques and experience of generations of master cheese makers, to create a classical tradition that now produces today’s world famous Cypriot cheese.
